California Phase II and Phase 2 Site Assessment
The purpose of the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is to determine the specific contaminants, the extent of surface or sub-surface migration, and any resulting environmental damages or health risks.
Properties that receive this assessment are known or suspected to have an environmental condition (such resulting from a chemical spill or leak). There may or may not be proper records for these incidents.
Field screening and geophysical surveys are conducted to obtain a full understanding of the current environmental situation.
Our California Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) are thorough with accuracy and due diligence being our primary goal. After all necessary information is collected, we will provide you with a full report.
